I flopped down onto the sofa yawning as I pulled my hair free from the bobble, ‘good day at work?’ Louisa asked me as I curled my legs underneath me and snuggled up against her, ‘not too bad, busy...’ I replied through another yawn, she chuckled rapping an arm around me as I rested me head on her shoulder. ‘Mm you need to eat more; you’ve got bony shoulders’ I complained jokingly as I wriggled around getting comfortable. ‘Ssh Lily’ she said pretending to be offended as she pulled one of my red curls playfully. ‘Anyway’ she continued, ‘some friends of mine where here earlier and they want to meet you, go for dinner or drinks some time’ ‘Oh’ I said surprised. ‘I didn’t think you wanted anyone knowing about us yet until we had moved away?’ ‘It’s just a few of my close friends Lily, don’t get stressed about it, we don’t have to go if you don’t feel ready yet.’ I paused for a few moments thinking it through, we had kept our relationship secret for about 5 months now, I had wanted to tell my friends about it so many times before but hadn’t as Louisa was their lecturer too, and I knew she could lose her job over this. But then it sounded as though she had already told her friends about me so me meeting them probably wouldn’t change things that much more I thought weighing it up in my mind before replying ‘ok that would be nice’ trying to hide the mix of nervousness and excitement in my voice. Ohh this is a step forward, I thought with a smile as she beamed back at me throwing her free arm around me giving me a tight squeeze and kissing me on the hair line.
The night had arrived, I was finally going to meet some of Louisa’s friends, and god I was nervous about it! What would they think of me, would they think there is too much of an age gap, that I’m not good enough for Lou, that she must be having a mid-life crisis to have got with a student! I turned the hair straighteners off, and looked at my reflection in the dressing table mirror, at least I would look good even if they weren’t going to like me I thought as I stood up and picked up the little black dress Louisa had bought me the day before. Dropping the towel I had wrapped around me to the floor I slipped the dress on, the silky fabric resting in all the right places accentuating my breasts and caressing my curves, I gazed at myself in the mirror, I looked hot tonight. As I pulled a lacy thong over my lightly tanned legs Louisa walked in to the bedroom, I saw her face in the mirror lifting into a smile as she looked at me. ‘Wow,’ she gasped, ‘you look beautiful Lily’ she said quietly standing behind me and embracing me tightly. ‘I scrub up well don’t I?!’ I giggled turning and kissing her passionately on the lips.
